Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we deliver to all states in Nigeria through trusted courier partners like GIG, DHL, and FedEx.

Delivery is same day within Abuja and 1-2 days for other states, depending on your location.

Yes, once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or SMS.

Same-day delivery is available within Abuja only.

Payments

We accept bank transfers, Paystack, debit/credit cards.

We currently do not offer payment on delivery. All orders must be paid for in advance.

We currently do not offer payment in installments.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7-14 days of your delivery for defective or incorrect items. Items must be in original condition.

Selling / Trading Devices

Yes! We buy select used devices. You can get an instant quote and drop off or ship your item to us.

Yes, we offer trade-in options. You can swap your old device and pay the difference for a new one. Note that it does not apply to all our products..

Warranty & Support

Yes. New products come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Used and refurbished items have a 30 day warrant.

Our warranty covers hardware defects not caused by physical damage, water, or misuse.
